All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Delivery time depends on your country and shipping method.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gitness 69 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. We can provide you a tracking number to check its status – per request.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We are not responsible for parcels sent via the postal parcel service, even if they have a tracking number. However, we can assist you in locating the shipment and recovering it. Only shipments sent by a courier company are fully protected and insured up to the value of the order.
